According to mmosite, they spoke to Gravity's Business something or another.  They seem to be switching all their existing titles in development(Ragnarok 2) by Gravity to Gamebryo.  Is this a sign that they are going to use a universal engine for their games from now on, then flavor the games with different art assets and content?  What this could mean is that they don't need separate programmers on both games.  They can consolidate their programmers and exploit the Gamebryo engine by adding features at a quicker pace.  This means we should be seeing cross-game features sooner like mini-games and social network add-ons.

Also according to the same article the last CEO who was all for spending money on development was let go and replaced.  The new CEO seems to want to exploit their success in Ragnarok Online by developing more Ragnarok games.  Which could mean less development reserved for Requiem.
